Delivery Limitations

We do not accept disputes for delayed delivery until the following conditions are met:
- 🇺🇸 U.S. orders: 45 days after departure
- Other countries: 60–100 days depending on the method

❗ We also do not accept disputes if your destination is on the restricted country list.
Delivery Tips

- In some regions (e.g., Israel), packages are delivered to self-pickup lockers rather than home addresses.
