Do you ship to the U.S.?

Yes! We ship directly to the United States using reliable express couriers. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping timeline is:

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes! You may request a cancellation or change "before your order is processed by our warehouse system". This is typically within "24 hours" after placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be in preparation for shipment and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Your return request is submitted within "7 days" of delivery
  • The item is "unused", in "original condition", and with "tags and packaging intact"
  • The return is "approved by our team" before being shipped back

Please "contact us first" to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns or returns without approval may not be accepted.

Note: In many cases, we offer "refunds or replacements" without requiring a physical return if sufficient proof (photo/video) is provided.

What if my order is delayed, missing, or incorrect?

We’re happy to offer a "reshipment or refund" in the following cases:

  • Your package hasn’t arrived within "45 days" from shipment (for U.S. orders)
  • You received the "wrong item", "wrong size", or something is "missing"
  • Your item arrived "damaged or defective" (photo or video proof required)

To resolve your issue quickly, we may request clear evidence such as "product photos", "unboxing videos", or "delivery confirmation".

All claims must be submitted within "7 days of delivery".

Do you cover return shipping?

If your item is "damaged", "defective", or "incorrect" due to our error, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or issue a refund often without requiring the item to be returned.

For returns requested for other reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: In most cases, we may resolve issues "without requiring a physical return", as long as clear evidence is provided.
